Project management begins with the definition of your task in a detailed discussion. Here we clarify together which image processing task you have, which goal should be achieved and in which time frame the project can be implemented. The conversation with the employees in your company is the basis for the joint implementation time and is the focus of our entrepreneurial thinking. We are aware that the integration of an image processing system is a long-term decision for every company, so we carefully approach the four phases of project implementation.
Below you will find out how such a process usually works. Here you can also see that the "conception" phase is usually free of charge, ie you can convince yourself of the performance of Visual Technology before the final order is placed. Use this opportunity to improve your processes and thus increase your productivity. We would be happy to speak to you.
Project analysis and advice
The project phases in detail
Phase 1, CONCEPT: Analysis of your image processing task(s) and subsequent conception
It all starts with the analysis: How can we help you to optimally fulfill your image processing task(s)? We find out in a personal and detailed discussion and record the requirements that have been developed.
This task description and sample parts from your company are the basis for the next step: the feasibility study in our modern and comprehensively equipped laboratory.
Once the result-oriented concept has been developed, we will present it to you in a well-founded presentation in our company. Possibilities and limitations are discussed openly, we are happy to accommodate your customization requests.
Phase 1, which is usually free of charge, concludes with an individual offer for the image processing solution you have developed.
Phase 2, DEVELOPMENT: Detailed project planning and concrete schedule
Phase 2 begins when you place your order with us. Now it's time for detailed project planning. In close cooperation with you, we set a concrete schedule that shows all development steps.
The procurement of the image processing components is the focus of phase 2. In the next step, these are linked to the user interface and the test program that has already been prepared, and agreed special functions are taken into account during program development.
We conclude phase 2 with successful functional tests using specified test characteristics.
Phase 3, INTEGRATION: Implementation of the test program and fine-tuning
It's time to get the system up and running. Quality assurance is now moving into your house. The test program is imported, the components are fine-tuned and the entire system that has now been set up is put through its paces with real parts from your production.
The acceptance of the system and the instruction of the users form the conclusion of phase 3.
In addition, we offer you process support in addition to commissioning, because not all fluctuations in the production process can always be recorded during commissioning.
Phase 4, SERVICE: Remote maintenance, fulfillment of specific requirements, application training, etc.
Industrial image processing is now integrated into your production process, but our service continues. We are still at your side with advice and support, for example if tolerances have to be adjusted. Of course, we are also happy to train your employees in the optimal use of the image processing system.
Via remote maintenance, we can react quickly and directly and thus keep costs low.
We would be happy to define a contract for the maintenance of your system at reasonable intervals and thus ensure sustainable functionality together.
